The District Chief Executive for Ahafo Ano South West, Hon. Abubakar Sedik, on Thursday, May 14, 2026, inspected the ongoing rehabilitation works on the Asuokor road, reaffirming his commitment to improving the district's infrastructure.

During the inspection, Hon. Sedik expressed satisfaction with the progress of work and commended the engineers for their dedication and professionalism.

He noted that the project, when completed, will greatly enhance transportation, ease the movement of goods and services, and promote economic activities within Asuokor and its surrounding communities.

The DCE emphasised the importance of quality and timely delivery, urging the engineers to maintain high standards while working within the project timeline.

He further assured residents that the Assembly will continue to closely monitor the project to ensure its successful completion.

Hon. Sedik reiterated that improving road infrastructure remains a top priority of the Assembly, as it plays a crucial role in driving development and improving the living conditions of the people.
